OUR MISSION

Our Mission is to get women from all walks of life to aspire to be modest. We are not perfect but we want to inspire you to be luxurious and modest. God says in the Quran 51:56 “And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me”. We worship Allah by aspiring to dress better every day. Therefore, we encourage women to join us on this roller coaster journey of modesty, where our goal is not perfection, but rather embracing the journey of difficulty and beauty when dressing modestly.

OUR FOUNDER

LAHD by Amar was founded by CEO Fatoumata Zahrah Amar in 2024. Zahrah has had a passion for fashion since a young age. This passion created the path of wanting to always own a clothing company. Her journey to Islam is what guided her to the modest wear industry. In which Zahrah realized that there just wasn't enough variety for women to dress modest. Zahrah noticed this struggle the most when it was time to go to a birthday dinner or any special occasion. This inspired her to create a brand for women in which they not only feel comfortable, but also luxurious. Our goal is to continue to inspire people to embrace the beauty of modesty.
